Authentic restoration of a Mallorcan house

Immerse yourself in the essence of an authentic Mallorcan house, with architectural elements from different periods. Our project has focused on recovering and preserving the authenticity and antiquity of the home, returning its original roots.

To achieve modern comfort, we have implemented the latest technology, including a radiant floor heating system. The entire house has floors covered with Mortex, an ecological and sustainable lime-based microcement. This same material has been used on the walls of the wet areas, such as bathrooms and kitchen, ensuring a consistent and durable aesthetic.

The home’s décor is inspired by Mediterranean traditions, combining vintage pieces and the owners’ personal objects. This approach not only pays homage to the local culture, but also creates a warm and authentic atmosphere, respecting the history and unique character of the house.
